i don’t want to do that again
i feel bad reading flash fiction upstairs
as my friend is watching a clockwork orange
in the basement
but i’m pretty sure he nodded off
so my tension sort of wears off
i would be watching it too
if i weren’t so conscious of time
i watched it last week
& my memory restricts my life -
‘i don’t need to do that again’
could your ‘memory/scribe
of time consciousness’
be distorted somehow
that after you breath your
first breath
it goes
‘i don’t need to do that again’
